Important Note: This is not an escape room. There are escape room-style puzzles and challenges embedded throughout the game. Also, this is not a normal mini-golf game. Scoring low isn’t the goal here, and traditional putting holes are nowhere to be found. Curious what we have built then? Come play and delight in this one-of-a-kind experience!
*Lollyland is a pop-up game located inside the Palace of Fine Arts. Lollyland will be open from February 9th through March 31st, 2024. The experience will be closed for all of April and will reopen on May 2nd

PRE-REGISTER

- Your confirmation email has a link to our digital waiver. Save time by registering your team and signing the waiver before you arrive. We are happy to re-send the link if you need it—give us a call or send us an email.
- Send the waiver link to your teammates (waivers can be signed on site at game time too).
- Please review and share the map and directions information shared (below, in your reminder email, and on the Map & Directions page) before departing for your reservation!

ARRIVAL TIME
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time. Plan to be there for about 90 minutes.
ENTRANCE
- The Lollyland entrance is at 3601 Lyon St. This is the main glass doors entrance to the Palace of Fine Arts.
- Call us at 415-997-8522 x 3 if needed.
PARKING
- There is free parking available on Palace Drive.
- There is a paid parking lot behind the Palace at 3381 Lyon St, with an entrance from Palace Drive, past our entrance to the left. It is also accessible from Girard Rd. (You will have to access it via Girard Rd if Palace Dr is closed.)
- There is also free parking in the lot at the St. Francis Yacht Club (across Marina Blvd), or parking by Crissy Fields.
DIRECTIONS
- Lollyland is located within the Palace of Fine Arts. Access Lollyland through the glass doors entrance to the Palace of Fine Arts. Please reference the map below for the best route!
ATTIRE
- Lollyland may contain mild physical activity. You will be walking and standing for the game so please dress accordingly including comfortable shoes.
- We recommend dressing in layers. The Palace can get a bit cold.
WHAT TO BRING
- Your energy and your enthusiasm is all you need!
- We strongly recommend that you take all visible bags or valuables out of your car. There are small lockers available free of charge. We can store larger items in the office if needed.
- You do not need to bring your confirmation.
