For groups of 4-32 players, you can book up to 4 escape rooms for your group. Our escape rooms will take you back to 1915, when the Palace of Fine Arts was built for the 1915 World’s Fair in San Francisco. With our in-house team of game designers, engineers, artists, developers, and more, we have restored the legendary spaces and now we invite you to challenge your team to a world-class experience where your wits and your teamwork will be tested. Our 4 escape rooms are ranked as the Best Escape Rooms in the Bay, and have received numerous awards and 5-star ratings, including Palace Games being recognized as one of the top escape room companies in the world.
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR A LARGE GROUP?
Each escape room accommodates up to 8 players – an extra player or two can be added to the Houdini Room, the Roosevelt Room, and the Edison Room, but not the Attraction – so a large group will need to split into smaller teams to play the different rooms concurrently. PRICING
$425 per room, accommodates up to 8 players. Additional player fee of $40 per player if over the 8 person limit (The Attraction is the only room that can not exceed 8 players). If there are additional players over the room limit, we will charge that fee when you are onsite for the game. For more then one room, the pricing is:
- 2 escape rooms: $850
- 3 escape rooms: $1,275
- 4 escape rooms: $1,700
* The escape room start times are staggered by 15 minutes, but if you book multiple rooms around the same time, we should be able to get all the rooms started at the earliest start time so no team is waiting for long. For groups of any size, you can book our newest experience: Lollyland! First-of-its kind, combines high-tech gamified mini-golf with an escape room twist. Guided by a smart putter and your virtual assistant, Cande, teams of 2-6 players unite to tackle the unique challenge at the 10 “holes”/mini-games. Some “holes” will test individual skill, while others focus on team collaboration. This is mini-golf like you’ve never experienced before: forget traditional mini-golf where you putt for the lowest score, instead interact with cool technology infused in every aspect of the game and soak up the stunning candy-coated surroundings, all while you prepare for the escape room-style finale.
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR A LARGE GROUP?
Large groups will be broken into smaller teams of 2-6 players each and will be on the course at the same time. Teams start one after the other – it takes about 3-5 minutes to register each team – so there can be a little bit of wait time to get all teams started. Teams that are waiting can have a seat in our waiting area, stocked with table top games and free candy! Groups with less than 42 players can all be on the course at the same time. For groups with more than 42 players, some teams may have to wait to start for 45 minutes or more to allow the first few teams time to progress through the course.
PRICING
The price of Lollyland depends on what type of expereince you are looking to host. The options include Public, Private (Non-Business Hours), or Private (During Business Hours).
Public Experience: Play Lollyland during our normal business hours when other teams could be on the course when you arrive, and new teams would be starting once your group is on the course, like typical mini-golf. Lollyland is $30/player if booking during our usual business hours. Simply, click the “Book Now” button and book consecutive tee times for your group size. Note that even though the tee times are staggered, we would get your teams started one after the other without the wait time in between the tee times.
Private Experience During Non-Business Hours: If you would like a private experience where only your group is on the course from start to finish, and you want to play at a time when we are not open, the price is $30/player plus an add-on fee depending on your group size:
- Up to 39 Players (1-2 hours): $600 private event fee + $30/player
- 40-69 Players (2-3 hours): $1,200 private event fee + $30/player
- 70-99 Players (3-4.5 hours): $1,800 private event fee + $30/player
- 100+ Players (4.5+ hours): $2,400 private event fee + $30/player
Private Experience During Business Hours: If you would like to have a private experience on the course during our usual business hours, the price is $30/player plus an additional private event fee depending on the size of your group:
- Up to 39 Players (1-2 hours): $1,200 private event fee + $30/player
- 40-69 Players (2-3 hours): $1,800 private event fee + $30/player
- 70-99 Players (3-4.5 hours): $2,400 private event fee + $30/player
- 100+ Players (4.5+ hours): $3,000 private event fee + $30/player

EVENT SPACES
Need a space for food and beverages before or after your game? Want to have a team meeting and then play? No matter the reason, we’ve got you covered with our two rentable event spaces. For either space, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages*, or have them delivered while you play and our dedicated support staff will make sure everything is ready for you and your team!
THE GAME ROOM
THE TEE ROOM
With seating for up to 32 guests, you can rent out the new TEE ROOM to use as a private event space before/after your escape. If you’d like to plan a longer company offsite with us, you can book the TEE ROOM event venue for meetings, presentations, lunches, coffee, etc. The TEE ROOM is $300 for 90 minutes, with 30 minute add-ons for $75 each if you need more time.
